Antique bathtub

So we found this antique tub on our property here in Colorado and we let our renter use it as a planter but now we're wondering if it's actually worth anything. It has scroll work on the legs and a wooden rim. Faded mark says 'Booth's Bath Duplex. Detroit MI patent pending.'Wish I could find someone who knew about old tubs. Do you?

I think the tubs themselves have quite a bit of value. I know there is a large architectural antiques shop in Greeley and another in Boulder, maybe you should call and inquire with them. My parents paid about $200 for one back in the 70's.

You know, I think it is worth something.
It will take some work, but, it really is quite beautiful.
I have always dreamed of having a claw tub, in the corner of my bedroom.

I think your tub is worth something!
We purchased the tub I have posted on my flickr (I think you commented on this piece???) and etsy site for our upstairs remodel. Put it on craigs list and see what happens...that's where we found ours (tell you what, though, a little challenging to transport - they are HEAVY!)
